We have continued to grow and enhance our operation enabling us to take on some reputable National contracts (See Projects) continually growing our client base.

We provide a complete commissioning service, from initial design and commissionability reviews through to pre-commissioning, system balancing and final certification.

Following project handover we can accommodate seasonal revisits and the re-commissioning of occupied buildings ensuring sustained optimum system performance.

Commissioning

Commissioning is a vital process that takes a system from static completion through to full building integrated systems testing. It’s a logical and progressive sequence of testing, regulation and balancing that ensures that each system is fully compliant to the design specification and all relevant codes, standards and current practices.

Water Treatment Services

As we have become increasingly aware of the dangers posed by water-borne bacteria such as legionella, coliform etc. Whilst the codes and standards require regular checks and disinfection of the water supply system, this can often be only one aspect of water treatment and maintenance of water systems, which are needed within a building.
